HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
The wait time for PayPal ordering is 1-2 weeks.
The wait time for snail mail ordering is 2-3 weeks.
Shipping outside the U.S. takes an additional 1-2 weeks minimum.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING?
There is an automatic 25% shipping and handling charge added to all orders. Additionally, if you are ordering from outside the U.S. there is an international shipping charge.
HOW DO YOU SHIP / TRACKING?
We ship all orders First Class or Priority via USPS. We do not currently offer tracking.
WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?
We will turn your order around as quickly as possible. Most orders ship the same day. We ask that you email us only if it has been over 4 weeks since you ordered with PayPal or 8 weeks if you ordered through the mail. When you email us, you must include date you placed order, reciept id, transaction id, your name, your address, and a description of what you ordered. Not including this information will delay a response from us and may lead to us not responding at all. Additionally, we will not ship international items unless the proper international shipping charges have been paid and we will no longer be notifying you if you didn't pay.
